Once your application is approved and payment for the setup fee is received, the initial onboarding setup can take up to 3 business days. This is where we set you up with an onboarding checklist which details the information we require to finish setting up your account.
The entire setup process can take up to 8 weeks. The final 30 minute onboarding training session will occur after the setup is complete.
When the initial onboarding setup is ready (normally 3 business days), you will be sent the link to subscribe to the Partner Plan which will be due immediately.
The onboarding checklist will detail our requirements for the setup, including information about your practice and services, and brand guidelines.
You may purchase additional support hours when required.
We recommend getting your web developer to assist with placing the embed codes on your practice website. Depending on the platform your website is built on, we can certainly assist with embedding forms using support hours on request.
You are welcomed to apply for a Platinum Partner plan if you have have completed our Keap Guided Onboarding training and the video training course, and finished setting up your Keap account with campaigns, personalised email templates, tasks and pipelines. We will waive the VIP setup fee for successful applicants.
